What We Do

Project Initiatives for Government Effectiveness

At B360, we pride ourselves for localization on international tasks. The primary motivations for localization is to expand into new markets adapting products or services to local preferences and needs to help tap into untapped customer bases while building sustainable capacity.

Language is a significant barrier in many markets. Through translation, localization makes our service more relevant and tailored to the target audience. This enhances customer engagement and trust, which lead to higher sales and customer loyalty.

We approach our project to enhance capacity building, which when implemented strategically and sustained over time, it become a powerful tool to achieve the effectiveness of the government. This brings better understanding the needs and concerns of vulnerable and other under-served groups, including providing them with mechanisms that empower them to raise their concerns.

Capacity building can also help empower vulnerable groups by providing them with relevant knowledge, skills and information to better access wider benefits from infrastructure, such as access to markets, jobs and services. This strengthens trust and creates a commitment between the government and its stakeholders. The result is a community that participates in decision-making processes and opportunities, and a government that is sensitive to, and able to, address their needs.

Capacity building approaches purposefully minimize an over-reliance on outside experts as sources of knowledge, resources, and solutions to community issues. By preventing a dependency relationship on outsiders from forming, capacity building encourages local people to take action on local issues themselves.
